This unique course gives you the theory, skills and confidence to coach individuals and groups through breathwork sessions. You will learn how to use simple breath practices to help clients release emotional blockages and unlock their innate potential for healing and wellbeing.

Breathwork Training: Enhance Your Practice and Skills

In this online training, you will learn to facilitate a conscious connected circular breathing practice in which the inhale and exhale are continuous with no pauses between breaths (typical breathing involves a natural pause in between). This type of deep, connected breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows the heart rate, calms the mind and reduces blood pressure. It also releases tension in the body, and may trigger feelings of emotional or physical release such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger, sadness or fear.

Throughout the course you’ll receive support to integrate your learning through monthly group Q&A calls, an individual one-to-one call with John Paul and weekly Study Buddy Meetings to keep you motivated, connected and accountable. You will also be required to maintain a regular personal breathwork practice, run 3 client case studies and review the course reading list.
