The first (of hopefully many) ALLEY RAT happened this past Sunday 09/27/09. Check out the pics and the video below. Winners included Andreas for fastest time and Joseph for Best Trick (at all the locations). Losers included the SFPD for punking on Martin, taking him in, socking him in the grill and giving him a resisting arrest ticket at the Bart Street Bank. Weak sauce indeed.

Mark your calendars kids and grown folk. Mission Sk8boards presents “Alley Rat ‘09″ A jaunt through San Francisco’s Mission district hitting up well known skate spots along the way. Prizes will be given out to best trick at each spot, as well as fastest time for hitting up all five spots and getting your behind back to Mission Skateboards.

Alley Rat starts at 1pm, so try to get to the shop by then for instructions and a list of all spots. It’s a skate timed contest, so no driving allowed. Be there at the shop on Sunday for full rules for the event. Prizes provided courtesy of Mission Sk8boards, Thunder Trucks and Spitfire Wheels.

Just got back from Price Club and picked up some more essentials for the shop. Check’em out below and stop by the shop and…well, you know the rest. Trucks, wheels, cheap shot bearings for all your skaters on a  budget…hell, that’s pretty much everyone. Hehe.

More shop news, the first annual Mission Sk8boards presents: Alley Rat is coming soon. Flyer should be ready tonight or tomorrow and it’ll be time to spread the word on everything. Sunday Sept., 27th starting at 1pm. Mark your calendars now. More details to follow…but there will be prizes and whatnot. I’m more interested in the whatnot anyways. Ha.
